Lubritherm All-Temp Hydraulic Fluid
Installation + How it Works

Lubritherm Installation or switch/out from oil base hydraulics is fast/easy:
- Drain hydraulic oil reservoir and all lines, pumps, motors, rams, controllers, etc.
- Change-out filter(s), replace with non-paper filters.
- Fill entire hydraulic system with Lubritherm All-Temp Hydraulic Fluid. Pay special attention to the pumps, rams, hydrostatic motors, etc. which are not self-filling but need to be manually charged.
- Run hydraulic system for a suggested 3 hours, while periodically skimming the oil off the Lubritherm in the reservoir with old newspapers or shop vacuum until the oil, which floats to the top, is all gone.
- Top-up hydraulic system with Lubritherm, and check system monthly as a maintenance procedure.
- Replacement of Lubritherm will generally only be needed due to accidental spillage from blown hoses, etc., resulting in significantly reduced operational costs. However, as a good maintenance procedure it is recommended that Lubritherm be changed out every 3 to 5 years.
How Lubritherm All-Temp Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid Works:
Lubritherm Hydraulic Fluid provides instant operational speed and control, working from 15 psi to 6,500 psi, with operating temperatures from -70°F to 175°F (-60°C to 80°C), and is Fireproof. Lubritherm maintains fluid integrity and does not have any known operational limitations within the parameters above. Lubritherm hydraulic fluid is fully compatible with standard hydraulic equipment and seals, and has been in operational use for 10 years.
Lubritherm has no limitations and is completely different from mineral oils, vegetable oils, polyalphaolefins, organophosphate esters, water glycols, or other synthetic hydraulic oils, which all have in common a limited service life that is caused by an inability to handle moisture, oxidation and thermal stress problems, temperature range limitations, with fluid compressibility being an ongoing problem.
Field tested to 6,500 psi, proven by 50,000+ hours of continuous operation with Lubritherm Hydraulic Fluid.
Lubritherm will not breakdown under pressure or operational temperatures. Pressure generated heat, with resultant temperature friction, is greatly reduced by using the Lubritherm Hydraulic Fluid that has superb lubrication qualities and cannot be compressed, so that it will not absorb air which causes cavitation.
Separation is not possible with Lubritherm hydraulic fluid in its working environment, including any filtration systems. This is due to the covalent molecular matrix structure of Lubritherm Synthetic Hydraulic Fluid.
Lubrication and cooling with Lubritherm is handled with environmentally safe and approved organic chemicals, which handle extreme pressure and temperatures better than any other known hydraulic fluid.
Cooling capacity of Lubritherm hydraulic fluid is exceptional in its direct application to the metal zone of the hydraulic equipment. This is achieved by utilising its monomolecular covalent ionic bond matrix, which also contains chemistry to reduce the molecular size providing more efficient heat transfer of the Lubritherm Synthetic Hydraulic Fluid, thus assuring instantaneous cooling contact within the hydraulic equipment system.
Filtering to one micron is feasible, providing product purity and allowing for servo control valve capacity down to one micron diameter for safe operability. This is possible because Lubritherm Hydraulic Fluid has an exclusive flatted matrix molecular arrangement, like an interwoven floor mat, wherein the various chemical molecules form a covalent bond, tightly laced together inter-molecularly.
Certified under the Environment Canada EcoLogo Program as Environmentally safe, Biodegradable, Non-Toxic and Fireproof, LubeCorp's Lubritherm All-Temp Hydraulic Fluid is approved and meets ISO 14000 standards testing for hydraulic fluid quality performance and environmental properties.
